I started at 10 AM yesterday and despite a few short breaks I finished at midnight. All 784 pages.Its really fantastic. I don't see how children can read it though - its super dark and kind of gorey. Lots of death and blood/guts and sadness. Lots of questions answered and lots of plots 'completed'.
The epilogue at the end was what I was hoping she would include and when I finished I put the book down, sighed. Got a big smile on my face and went to bed.
Great ending to a fabulous series - highly recommend reading them all!

I had it finished yesterday as well and LOVED it. It is a bit darker than the other books, but they have all sort of been *leading* that way since around Order of the Phoenix I think.... kids just love it though! I hope my son loves them he;s old enough to read them!
I finished mine yesterday too. :-) My hubby's reading it now, and he keeps fishing for hints as to what happened next. Ok, I'm clueless... Who was the "unexpected wizard"?
